Customers will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number once their order has been shipped.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST may be processed on the following business day.

Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and the selected shipping method.

Ecoxpack is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected:
Please contact Customer Support within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
We may request photos of damaged packages to assist with claims and ensure a proper resolution.
