Refund policy

At Ecoxpack.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Our team will assist you with the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return. Returns will only be accepted if authorized by our support team in advance.

Return Shipping Costs:

  1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item).
  2. If the return is a result of our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Important Notes:

  1. Returns without an RMA number or ineligible items may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
  2. To ensure prompt processing, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Ecoxpack.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  3. Items marked as "final sale"
